Identified the need for a more robust space management system and spearheaded the transition to the Booked Scheduler platform. After evaluating its capacity for simultaneous multi-space scheduling, I led the end-to-end implementation of a fully integrated room-booking ecosystem. This included the deployment of live digital displays for real-time room status viewing and the development of a comprehensive staff training program to ensure a seamless organizational rollout and optimized space utilization.
